6. It is expected that you make your profile at least 55% complete along with some photographs to get considerable number of matches in your inbox.
7. If at any point of time, it is learnt that the information provided by you is untrue, false or incomplete, MyPrem keeps full rights to terminate or suspend your profile without any notice.
8. MyPrem under no circumstances be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from using or not using this portal. Users are requested to use their discretion while following our services.

10. The user is solely responsible for the information added by him/her and also for the entire activity performed by him/her on the portal. 12. Our automated system offers matching profiles to its users based on their partner preference. MyPrem members are solely responsible for the communication with their matches. MyPrem does not take any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between any MyPrem members inter se via e-mail, chat, or any other medium of communication between MyPrem members either using website or otherwise.
13. MyPrem alerts its users to refraining themselves from entering into any financial transaction or leaking any confidential information via the portal with any prospective partner.
14. MyPrem.com holds full rights to check communication, matches and details of your profile. We may be bound to delete/suspend user profile if found violating portal's Terms & Conditions.
15. Users can not use any automated processes like bots, programs, scripts or softwares to view any other members contact, address and profile details or even to communicate with any member.
16. MyPrem reserves full rights to take appropriate action against any misuse.
17. Users must ensure that they log out from their account at the end of each session. Incase of any disclosure or unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security occurs, the user must immediately notify us about the same.
