1) Can I sign up for free?
Absolutely! If you're ready for marriage, you can join MyPrem for free. Registration, finding matches, and talking with others - all free.
2) When will I get my password after Registration?
Once you register, we'll email you a temporary password. Usually, it's instant, but sometimes it might take up to an hour. If you haven't received it, contact us at mypremmatrimony@gmail.com.
3) How will i get best matches for me ?
When you complete your profile, share what you're looking for in a partner. Also, in your Settings, let us know how important those details are to you. This helps us find the right matches for you.
4) When can i see my matches profile picture ?
Once you've had three rounds of communication, you can view your match's contact details and their profile picture.
5) What information from my profile is visible to my matches ?
Your occupation, religion, mother tongue, and educational details are visible to your matches. You can also check these details on the MyPrem matches page.
6) Can anybody search my profile in MyPrem ?
No, MyPrem is super secure and private. You can't browse profiles. Communication is only allowed with your matches through specific questions.
7) Why should i upload photos in MyPrem photos gallary ?
We use a matching algorithm based on profile completion. Adding profile pictures boosts your profile completion, helping us find you better matches.
8) Can I use the same e-mail ID for multiple registrations?
Nope, you can't create more than one profile with the same email ID.
9) Can my matches see my mobile number, photo and address?
No, unless you accept an interest request from your match, they can't view your phone number or address.
10) How to let MyPrem know if your marriage is arranged using MyPrem service?
